This package provides service from start to finish with complete coordinating and organizing.


This is for the couple that needs assistance with pre-wedding coordination, but not wedding day coordination.


This is perfect for the couple who has planned the wedding on their own, but need some expert assistance just before and on the day of the wedding.

  • 5 face-to-face visits customized for your individual needs (can be used for appointments such as budget development, event design, etc)

  • Assisting with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues

  • Making sure that all finishing touches are complete

  • Gathering wedding party and family members for photographs

  • Ensuring proper placement of place cards, wedding favors, disposable cameras, programs, etc.
  • Unlimited consultations by phone (during normal business hours) and e-mail

  • Recommendation of vendors (caterer, florist, photographer, etc)

  • Arrange and attend vendor appointments

  • Rehearsal coordination and instruction (up to 2 hours)

  • Creating and distributing wedding day itinerary to wedding party and vendors

  • Final vendor confirmations and distribution of driving directions

  • Full wedding day coordination for up to 9 hours

  • Wedding day emergency kit on hand

  • Assist with distributing all bouquets, corsages, etc

  • Lining up and cueing the wedding party for the processional

  • Making sure that the bridal party is ready for post-ceremony photographs

  • Oversee the set-up of the ceremony and reception sites

  • Create and monitor budget

  • Cue vendors throughout the day

  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors

  • 50% deposit due at signing of contract. Balance due two weeks prior to the wedding day

**Additional personalized face-to-face visits can be added and will be billed at $50 hour.
**Additional fees may apply for large weddings over 275 guests.

E-mail & DIY Package
($325)

This package is for the couple that wants to plan the majority of their wedding themselves, but need just a little help without face-to-face meetings.  We will get you started with your planning with the following services: 
  • Through e-mail for 30 days, we’ll give advice and answer questions
  • Provide you with a vendor referral list
  • Ideas for color and décor
  • A small binder filled with tips to help you finish your wedding planning, save money, and help keep you organized

 

Couple's Elopement Package

Artistic Wedding & Event Planning created this package for couples that want a stress-free, yet romantic elopement in the gorgeous state of California. 

  • Initial planning session with wedding coordinator
  • Unlimited consultations by phone (during normal business hours) and e-mail with wedding coordinator
  • On-site wedding coordinator at ceremony
  • Wedding Officiant
  • Recommendation of location (any location fees are the responsibility of the client)*
  • Bridal bouquet of roses and matching boutonnière for the groom
  • Photographer for up to 3 hours (includes a disk of edited and enhanced images and an 8x10 print)
  • Make wedding dinner reservations*
  • Assist in securing any hotel reservations*
  • Small cake (serves 2-8)
  • Arrange for hair and make-up*
  • Help make any special arrangements (ex: ceremony music, spa treatments, limo)*
  • Bottle of champagne to enjoy that evening

**All that you have to do is provide the CANDY**

If you'd like to have an attendant there to refill the candy throughout the night and keep the guests happy, one is available for $10 per hour (4 hour minimum)
